There were many blog carnivals over the last few days that featured posts from this blog. So I decided to combine them all into one post.

Definitely worth a read. Another post by Debra Moorehead talks about handling people in her post Manager of Life. Doing it Differently Blog Carnival. This is the 2nd edition of the carnival and has over 24 submissions. Hats off the Aaron for taking the time to do it.
